Brake Pads Warranty

Warranty Coverage：

Defects in new products and visible material flaws.

Abnormal noise persists after installation on new, flat brake discs. Free replacement within three months or within 5,000 kilometers, whichever comes first.

Warranty covers replacement with an equivalent product or a refund. Other associated costs, such as installation fees, towing, other component failures, or purchasing products from other manufacturers, are not included in the warranty.

The warranty does not cover use in taxis, rental cars, or under extreme mountain or track conditions.

Non-Warranty Coverage：

Installation of brake pads with unsuitable specifications, such as installing street pads for mountain driving.

Installation on uneven rotors, resulting in noise.

Malfunctioning brake calipers or improper installation causing noise, such as unlubricated slide pins, torn dust boots, or not using noise-dampening grease appropriately.

Noise or insufficient braking power due to intense driving before proper bed-in.

Brake pads are consumables, and wear rates vary depending on usage, which is not covered under warranty.

Damage caused by abnormal use. For example: the handbrake is not released, the car is cleaned with chemicals for a long time, the handbrake is applied after washing the car and left for a long time.

Damage caused by the use environment. Example: The vehicle has been left in a humid environment for a long time, causing rust and sticking.
